The cruise liner "Barguzin" of the RPV8714A project for Baikal was launched at the shipyard of the East Siberian River Shipping Company.
The design of the motor ship was developed by the Nizhny Novgorod design bureau "R-Flot".
Project RPV8714A of class RKO-M3.0 (ice 30)A, overall length 87.5 m, width 14.5 m, side height at midships - 4.7 m, draft on design waterline - 2.7 m, accommodates 50 passengers and 44 crew members. Main engine power - 3x450 kW.
JSC East Siberian River Shipping Company (part of the Eastland Group of Companies) signed a contract for the construction of the vessel with OOO Fortal in October 2022. According to the original deadlines, the vessel was planned to be delivered on July 1, 2025.
