Four Seasons Yacht orders second yacht from Fincantieri; it will be delivered in 2027 and commissioned in 2028.

An investment of over 400 million euros has been secured for the planning and construction of a second ship for Four Seasons Yachts, enabling the cruise newcomer to push ahead with its ambitious growth plans.

Luxury yacht company Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, co-owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts, confirmed that it has secured financing for the construction of a second ultra-luxury vessel under the Four Seasons brand.

The vessel is to be developed by the Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri and built at its shipyard in Ancona, Italy. The yacht will be delivered in 2027 and is scheduled to embark on its maiden voyage in 2028.

“With financing secured for the construction of a second Four Seasons yacht in partnership with renowned Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri and leading luxury hotel company Four Seasons, we are delighted to add Four Seasons II to our fleet,” said Donald Mason, Chief Financial Officer of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings.

"This milestone reflects our continued growth and commitment to legendary Four Seasons service at sea. With unsurpassed craftsmanship, innovation, and elegance, the Four Seasons II will elevate the yachting lifestyle experience to an unprecedented level."

The Four Seasons l, featuring 95 residential-style suites, is also being built by Fincantieri and will set sail on January 25, 2026, for its first anniversary. It was  launched in January of this year . At the helm is Captain Kate , internet celebrity and former Celebrity Cruise Poster Girl. 

The first 34,000-gt Four Seasons yacht, featuring 95 spacious suites (some of which can be interconnected horizontally and vertically) for 190 guests, will be delivered to the Fincantieri shipyard in Ancona in the fourth quarter of this year. Her maiden voyage is scheduled for January 25, 2026, in the Caribbean.
