Stena Line takes the next step towards an improved customer experience – launch of a new booking app in December

In December, Stena Line will launch the My Trips app, which brings together everything customers need for a smooth journey.
At the same time, both the booking flow and the StenaMORE loyalty program will receive an upgrade for a more personal and smooth experience.
To meet the needs of its customers, Stena Line continues to develop the customer experience – from booking to travel. In December, Stena Line will therefore launch the My Trips app, which will become the hub of the digital customer experience and bring together everything from booking management and real-time updates to port guidance and information about opening hours on board.

In parallel, Stena Line is developing the updated booking platform that was launched earlier in 2024, with a focus on making the booking experience more intuitive, fast and inspiring.
The StenaMORE loyalty program has also been upgraded. The program now offers a more modern design, new content and more benefits, where members can collect points, take advantage of exclusive offers and get travel inspiration. The update makes StenaMORE an even more appreciated tool for long-term customer relationships.
Through these investments, Stena Line continues to drive digitalization in ferry travel and create a coherent overall experience for customers – both at sea and on land.
